The Killers in Concert

Yesterday evening, it was finally time to leave for Amsterdam to go see the  Killers in the Ziggodome. We thought we sat closer to the stage, but we didn’t. We sat high, but at the front. But that didn’t kill the mood for us! I was glad I wasn’t between the crowd in the front, cause I wasn’t going to survive that!

Sadly, we weren’t allowed to take camera’s with us (so I had to take the pictures with my cellphone). I didn’t take one with me, cause I don’t want to give my camera off. They checked my bag, they even removed the cap from my water bottle, but I could keep my bottle… Without the cap… Huh?

It was amazing. It was so much fun! They played a lot of fun songs like: Mr. Brightside, Human, Flesh and Bones, Jenny was a friend of mine and much, much more! It was a lot of dancing, singing along, and just so much fun! They gave away a great show with lots of lights and fire(work) and confetti explosions. I wonder why I didn’t went to concerts before? Brandon had a beautiful voice! Not to mention he’s handsome too. The only bad thing was that the band who played before the Killers, was really, really bad.

Here are some pictures (may be in bad quality).

  1. Are you kidding? This was your first concert? What have you done of your teenage? 🙂

You didn’t mention where it was (other than what city it was — you can’t imagine how many people here think Amsterdam is a German city), but it seems like a huge place, like a stadium or something. I admit I never went to a concert in such a large amphitheater, and frankly I don’t really want to. But I saw a lot of shows in smaller places and even outside in the fresh evening air. Last summer, I was lucky enough to be able to see Our Lady Peace, live, outside, in a large park during a festival.
